At the age of 16, Hanna was diagnosed with an aggressive form of bone cancer called Osteosarcoma. After enduring 27 rounds of intensive chemotherapy and the amputation of her right leg, she is now 6 years cancer free. Throughout it all, she never lost her positive attitude or love for life. She is a courageous and truly inspiring woman who has never let anything stop her from achieving her dreams.
As college graduate with her masters degree, USA Women’s Sled Hockey athlete, cancer survivor, advocate, volunteer, and successful marketing and communications professional at a Fortune 500 company, the list of her accomplishes continues to grow. Because of her vast amount of experiences, Hanna makes for the perfect keynote speaker for any event. She will teach lessons of perseverance, passion, positivity, and pursuing ones dreams despite obstacles.
